What type of appraisal do I need?
Typically a Complete Full (1004) or a Drive-by (2055, 2075) appraisal is used by most lenders and clients.
How much does an appraisal cost?
$175 to $350 depending on the type of the property and type of appraisal required
What is the turn around time?
Our philosophy has been to work with our clients to provide a balance of prioritization with exceptional service. Communication is the key to a successful mutually beneficial relationship with our clients. Turn around times range from five to ten days depending on volume and the property.
What does an appraiser do?
Research market data for neighborhood and comparable information, inspect the property including measuring the dwelling, obtain information on the subject property, and report the conclusions and descriptions to the client on the appropriate form.
How long does the inspection take?
The inspection time varies based on the complexity of the property and ranges from thirty minutes to one hour.
