Breitenfeldt and Jenkins Appraisals offers a range of appraisal services for the nine county greater metropolitan area of the Twin Cities (Minnesota). Our service area includes Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, Sherburne, Washington, and Wright counties. Our secondary service area includes Chisago, Isanti, Mcleod, Meeker, and Stearns counties. We specialize in appraisals of single family residences, 2-4 unit small residential income (duplex to fourplex) properties, condominiums, and vacant land. We review existing appraisals and perform quality control. Our many satisfied customers include lawyers, mortgage bankers, mortgage lenders, banks, credit unions, property owners seeking PMI (Private Mortgage Insurance) removal, homeowners setting a potential sales price or considering an offer in a private sale, and other individuals who are settling Estates, Gifts tax, divorce, or property tax appeals.
Breitenfeldt and Jenkins Appraisals was formed in 1998 by Minnesota State Certified Residential Appraisers Scott Breitenfeldt and Daniel Jenkins. We both have over tweny years of appraisal experience. Located in Plymouth, Minnesota, our office is staffed with a full-time office manager. Our firm is fully covered by Errors and Omissions Insurance. We are approved with lenders throughout the nation and the state of Minnesota. We personally inspect all properties.
We provide a fair and accurate valuation of properties in a timely manner with professional, courteous, and friendly service.
